Job Opportunity at SRM Transport Services

SRM Transport Services is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages of all weights and sizes. Delivery Assistants work to assist the Delivery Associate ensure packages/boxes are delivered safely, timely and with care.

NEW (10/5/25) INCREASED STARTING PAY $23.40/hr to start with annual raises thereafter, plus annual service bonuses, many benefits, and uniforms. Look forward to a performance incentive plan recognizing your high-quality work!

Schedule: Days begin at 10 AM and should be finished no later than approx. 8:30 PM.

Job Summary:

A Delivery Associate is responsible for the daily customer service on a given route which distributes a high volume of small packages (less than ~65 lbs) in a relatively condensed cluster in our area. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, superior time management skills, and be obsessed with providing a level of performance that makes them stand out from the rest!

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver license - NO CDL required
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background screening
  • Must have a clean 3-year driving record
  • Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug test
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical - We will provide!
  • Must possess EXCELLENT customer service skills (patient and friendly with a desire to please/serve)
  • Must be able to use a company-provided smart phone
  • Willing to move in and out of a van over 150 times a day
  • Must be RELIABLE (variations in schedules or tardiness are NOT permitted)
