Job description

Manages data operations solutions and services, and acts as the primary contact for Data Operations Center stakeholders / internal customers / clients regarding daily service delivery and overall satisfaction. Establishes and maintains quality standards for existing products and services.

What you will do

  • Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of our business and our ability to orchestrate customer success

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across Data Operations Center ecosystem and disciplines to share findings from deep dive analysis, particularly opportunities for quality improvements and cost savings

  • Present recommendations to leadership that drive improvement of the data quality customer experience and overall health of Data Operations Center operations

  • Drive effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

  • Partner with internal teams on enterprise growth initiatives by providing pro-active analysis and recommendations that align to Operations initiatives

  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities to junior team members

  • Collaborating with Operations Management teams to implement solutions that enrich customer experience


What experience you need

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree (Technology and/or Data Analytics field preferred)

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related Data Quality and/or Data Analysis experience.

  • 4+ years of Project management experience

  • 4+ years of Pyramid and Spotfire application experience needed

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite/Google Suite

  • Thorough understanding of the enterprise applications and the ones the team utilizes

  • High performance track record

  • Must possess strong analytical thinking skills
