We are hiring! Payrate $15.50 based in Austin, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a fast-paced support role at our Steiner Ranch location. In this position, you will help ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for visitors and team members alike. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, professional service to members, guests, or customers in person and over the phone.
  • Support daily operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
  • Assist with check-ins, visitor flow, scheduling, or front desk support as needed.
  • Respond to questions, direct inquiries appropriately, and deliver helpful information in a courteous manner.
  • Monitor assigned areas to help ensure supplies are stocked and equipment or spaces are prepared for use.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
