*This is an onsite position. The successful candidate must reside in the Kansas City metro area.

This job is responsible for performing statistical modeling and data analysis to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations that identify trends and patterns of business importance. The scope of this job includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs, and presenting data to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports that impact data driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, develop technical requirements, and provide analytical interpretations.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools for reporting needs.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in both structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain standard statistical models to support ongoing business needs.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiencyin Python and/or SQL.
  • Experience building andmaintainingdashboards, withstrongpreference for Looker.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Health Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience inthe UtilizationManagement (UM) or Managed Care Payer space.
