Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting for all intern positions for our Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance and Information Technology teams.
  • Communicate expectations to Aprio college recruiting teams for the campuses you are responsible for.
  • Establish partnerships with department leaders for our all offices, IAS team and IT team.
  • Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an active candidate pipeline for the Atlanta office.
  • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis on all campus hires, intern conversions, branding ROI, and on-boarding effectiveness for Atlanta office, IAS team and IT team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments, faculty, and internal stakeholders on campus.
  • Plan and attend on-campus recruiting events such as Career Fairs, socials, presentations, on campus interviews, etc. at specified campuses to fill intern positions that you are responsible for.
  • Travel to Aprio's strategic campuses for events throughout the year with heavy attendance January - March and August - October.
  • Event and Intern Program Management:
    • Assist with planning, management and execution of Summer Leadership Conferences.
    • Provide additional assistance to recruiting team, as necessary for events.
    • Manage performance review process for interns.
    • Assist with and attend intern activities throughout their internship to ensure positive experience for all interns included but not limited to volunteer activities, happy hours, team building events.
    • Assist with management and execution of Aprio internship program in Atlanta office.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is a plus.
  • Results-focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery.
  • The willingness and ability to travel daily (Monday-Thursday) up to 16 weeks a year, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. (Campus Recruiting Season January - March and August - October).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large scale events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience or potential to plan, direct, and lead recruiting and new hire events.
  • Demonstrate strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment and branding campaigns.
  • Ability to engage with and build relationships with Aprio Partners, college faculty members, and college students.
  • Previous professional service experience is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of campus recruiting experience or public accounting experience.
