As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and driving data strategy and analytics initiatives that impact business decisions. Key Accountabilities
• Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
