Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support the organization with data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, dashboard development, and operational insights within a fast-growing personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically strong candidate who wants exposure to legal operations, performance management, executive decision-making, and emerging AI technologies.


Please Note: This is a full-time, fully onsite position based in our Downtown Los Angeles, California office. This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Applicants must currently reside in California and be able to commute to our Downtown Los Angeles office. Relocation assistance is not available, and candidates residing outside of California or outside of the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities


Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI/AI tools
  • Analyze business performance across departments and identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems
  • Develop and improve reporting processes and data visualizations for leadership
Business Analysis
  • Analyze business performance and operational metrics
  • Support forecasting, planning, and ad hoc business analysis
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements through data
  • Assist with reporting and analysis for strategic initiatives
Operations Support
  • Support special projects related to reporting, automation, data platforms, and AI initiatives
  • Work closely with the AI & Data team on data projects, dashboard development, and implementation of analytics and AI solutions
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership
  • Assist with implementation of new tools, systems, and business processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is required
  • Experience with Domo and/or Filevine is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
