Responsibilities: 

  •  Work with a cross-functional team, gathering and analyzing data, formulating differing hypothesis and developing models and solutions to challenging problems.

  • Identify and craft a clear and compelling purpose of a data analytics project.

  • Execute the necessary steps to gather primary and secondary data, explore and clean data, generate necessary models in order to interpret the results and run models on real data.

  • Perform data gathering via secondary and primary source research methods.

  • Analyze qualitative data to uncover industry, company, and customer trends.

  • Create in-depth reports and stellar deliverables, communicating the story the data tells senior leadership.

  • Generate reports using dashboards and scorecards to visually depict KPIs.

  • Curate and depict the ideal customer experience based on data modeling and insights.
