Station Manager

Leading International Airline is seeking a Station Manager at Miami International Airport to lead and oversee all ground handling operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, safety, and compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards. This pivotal role involves managing third-party providers, representing the airline to local authorities, supporting passengers during disruptions, and driving team performance for optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of ground handling and passenger service
  • Monitor operational performance and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with OCC, HUB, and local authorities
  • Ensure baggage handling SLA compliance and manage incident reporting
  • Lead and coach the station team to meet quality and efficiency goals

Requirements:
