ROLE DESCRIPTION:
  • Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Bobby Patterson.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
  • Attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people.
  • Enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license required with fees reimbursed.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
