About the Position:

This position is responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance, communicating available services, and handling transactions at the register and drive-through. The role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience with automated systems preferred.
  • Proficient in basic typing and general clerical tasks.
