Job description

The key objective of the Sales Analyst is to support Account Executives and Relationship Managers to execute on the team's strategic priorities:
  • Grow our Indexing share of wallet, extending into Fixed Income
  • Maintain and grow our market position in Target Date Funds, supporting participants as they transition into retirement with Income Wise
  • Deepen relationships with our impressive client base, bringing the strength of the broader firm to support clients with their investment priorities
  • The Sales Analyst role is key to driving sales success and efficiency across these three strategic priorities.

Role Accountability
  • Partner with Account Executives and Relationship Managers on their respective client and prospect panels, prioritizing activity and pipeline development
  • Prepare client meeting follow-up materials
  • Work across stakeholders to project manage new business presentations and RFPs
  • Ensure SalesForce accurately captures account information, pipeline/B@R, account and competitor intelligence, and contact information
  • Conduct research on accounts, including asset pools, consultants, custodians, asset allocation, and incumbent managers
  • Deliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline, and target market
  • Partner with other Sales Analysts for idea generation, learning, and enhancing processes
  • Assist in the management of marketing campaigns - ensuring contact information is correct, building block tagging, awareness of highest engagers according to MSI

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
