ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in October 2025 and weโ€™re currently a growing team of three plus myself. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.
Iโ€™m a proud Sumter native and a graduate of Clemson University, where I earned my B.S. in Economics. Iโ€™m a big family person and love spending time outdoors. I also serve as a track coach and enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and the Chamber of Commerce.
For our team, we offer team lunches, ongoing training and development, 10 days of PTO, 5 sick days, licensing reimbursement, and a 401(k). When the team hits goals, we also celebrate with incentives like a four-day work week. We enjoy things like coffee mornings and creating opportunities to connect as a team.
Our culture is laid back but driven. We work hard, support each other, and keep an open-door environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing. Weโ€™re looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are goal-oriented and bring a true โ€œdo-itโ€ attitude.
