ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent a few years working in other State Farm offices after college while also running a small music business. I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew I wanted to build something of my own.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about music and play several different instruments. I'm also married with two kids, and we love traveling together as a family whenever we get the chance.
Our agency offers health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and performance-based incentives that can earn team members additional days off. We believe in rewarding hard work and creating an environment where people can grow while still maintaining balance outside of work.
Our culture is highly focused on coaching, development, and continuous improvement. We regularly role play, celebrate wins, discuss areas for growth, and hold monthly one-on-one meetings to help everyone continue progressing. I'm looking for someone who is a strong listener, detail-oriented, driven, and able to problem solve independently.
The ideal candidate has grit, can handle a high volume of daily calls, and has long-term goals-possibly even agency ownership down the road. If you're motivated to grow, eager to improve, and want to build a meaningful long-term career, this could be a great fit for you.
