Job description

The highly desired Master Technician role is a career opportunity that is ideal for Superheroes who are at the top of their trade and seeking the ideal mix of opportunity and work/life balance. These individuals enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where opportunities are limitless (think over 1,000 cars per month!) and their skills and expertise are regularly and adequately rewarded ($50+ an hour flat rate).
Job Duties
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Use power of communication to regularly, effectively, and directly relay information to Service Advisor in order to keep customers informed of their vehicle status
  • Provide a timely and comprehensive estimate of time needed for repairs
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy while ensuring alignment with all state and manufacturer standards
  • Perform multi-point inspection on each vehicle
