Pay Rate: $29-$32/hr

Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Jackson Correctional Institution located in Malone, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications
  • Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Corrections experience not required
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Nights, 7PM-7:30AM; rotating weekends
