Job description

Overview
North Stone Kitchen is hiring a Part Time Server. Serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to Kahler Hospitality Group's high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
  • Responds to all guest and client requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Set tables as instructed by F&B Manager to include linen, serviceware, and glassware.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings before opening to discuss specials, groups, projects, including guest and hotel expectations.
  • Greet guests and respond to requests quickly and courteously.
  • Serve food and/or beverages according to Richfield's standards.
  • Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and at the end of the meal.
  • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
  • Perform all assigned side-work to include replenishing condiments and restocking supplies.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.
  • Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.

Supportive Functions
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. Other competencies not listed may be required for specific positions. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    • High School Diploma preferred

  • Prior hospitality/serving experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.
  • CPR and First Aid training preferred.
