ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2000, and today I have a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life.
I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life - I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Brown - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
