I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after working as a team member from 2013 to 2019, and before that, spending several years with Allstate. Our office has a friendly, laidback, and growing culture where we work hard, support one another, and give standout customer service while encouraging individual growth.
We currently have a team of three and are looking to grow. We offer a Simple IRA, health stipend, and PTO. What makes our team special is our sense of community we respect and support each other, always striving to build one another up and never settle.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Whitney Kennedy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
