ABOUT THE AGENT:I have been a State Farm Agent since 1989. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida. I reside in Palm Harbor and am actively involved in the community, supporting local schools, the East Lake Fire Rescue, the YMCA and other organizations. I'm also an animal lover - when you come into the office, you can meet my puppy and office mascot, Brady.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lizette Cochran - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
