Description

Join Saz's Hospitality Group as a full-time Event Manager and lead our catering teams at some of the most exciting events around the greater Milwaukee area.


In this role, no two days are the same - from Brewers tailgates, to weddings, to Summerfest and State Fair - you'll create unforgettable experiences while managing all aspects of offsite catering events. You can be the difference between "nice event" and "they're still talking about it!"


What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire our catering teams through all phases of events - from loading trucks to setup to final teardown
  • Be the on-site hero for clients, guests, and vendors - ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
  • Execute flawless events by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep, plating, and service
  • Drive the operation (literally!) by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of catering, event management, or hospitality experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable record
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk, stand and lift moderate weights for extended periods
