What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
  • Use upselling skills to recommend specials, combos, and popular menu items
  • Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections (e.g., โ€œWould you like to add a side or are you ready for dessert?โ€)
  • Offer confident menu recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Invite guests to join the Dennyโ€™s Rewards Program, explaining benefits such as exclusive offers, birthday treats, and earning points toward free meals
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining room
  • Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital)
  • Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
