Job Title: Event Parking Experience Guide

As an Event Parking Experience Guide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth parking operations and exceptional guest experiences at some of Kansas City’s biggest venues. We’re looking for customer service-oriented team players who thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment and want to grow with our organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service

• Provide accurate event information, directions, and venue guidance

• Direct vehicles efficiently to available parking spaces during inbound traffic

• Assist with setting up and breaking down traffic equipment for both inbound and outbound flow

• Communicate effectively via two-way radio with supervisors and team members

• Answer guest questions (and find answers if needed)

• Help manage traffic flow and egress at the end of events

• Maintain situational awareness and report any accidents, safety concerns, or unusual occurrences to management

• Count vehicles and control traffic at entrances/exits as needed

• Represent Premier Parking professionally in full uniform at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Reliable transportation to various venues across the greater KC metro area

• Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Basic knowledge of Kansas City streets, landmarks, and freeways (or willingness to learn)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds

• Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting

• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with qualified disabilities
