Client Experience Representative

STARK is seeking a Client Experience Representative in our Atlanta Showroom. This is a great opportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start up with one of the biggest names in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer the showroom's main line, take and relay messages, and transfer calls
  • Greet clients in the showroom and announce their arrival to appropriate parties
  • Answer general inquiries from team members and the public as necessary
  • Track client information in company system
  • Train team members on front desk duties as needed
  • Ensure Showroom is presentable. i.e. stock water bottles, refill candy jars, place order pads on tables
  • Assist Account Managers with Billings
  • Assist clients with sign-out/sign-in of inventory
  • Administrative responsibilities like supply ordering, invoice filing, Outlook calendar, etc.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Interest in the design industry is preferred
  • Must possess a pleasant demeanor, interpersonal skills and the ability to speak in a clear, articulate manner
  • Frequently communicates with coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the working day. Moving through office occasionally to access file cabinets
  • Constantly operating a computer, and other office productivity machinery such as calculators, printers, and phones
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Degree preferred. Minimum one year of professional experience.
