Samples LTO 1st Shift

STARK is seeking to hire a Samples LTO 1st Shift for our Calhoun Georgia warehouse. This role will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving functions to expedite the loading and unloading processes. Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! Bonus details provided during the interview.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shipments have proper labels and are packaged correctly
  • Keep accurate shipping records
  • Organize pick-up schedules
  • Transfer goods between warehouses
  • Interact with outside companies
  • Prepare detailed and accurate packing lists and Bill of Ladings to accompany shipments
  • Must be able to drive a lift truck (Fork & Pole)
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good time management, organizational and priority-setting skills
  • Have the ability to remain composed when faced with competing priorities
  • Have the ability to manage multiple assignments or tasks through to completion
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands: Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. This position may often require bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. The incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity. Work environment: This position requires work in a warehouse/loading dock setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
