Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency

  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates

  • Maintain a customer‑first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately

  • Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels

  • Maintain calm, consistent operations during high‑volume periods

  • Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards

  • Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage

  • Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management

  • Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners

  • Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
