Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Project Manager to lead a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation supporting manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and go-live activities while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP implementation experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
Description:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of inhouse SAP Extended Shelf Life (ESL) implementation projects.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate SAP solutions across PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM.
  • Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and supply chain teams to align business requirements and solutions.
  • Oversee testing, cutover planning, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Support warehouse automation, logistics integrations, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Provide project status updates, governance reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and change management activities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years leading full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of SAP PP, PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP Activate and project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
