Job description

High end Residential framing and exterior carpentry company looking to add an assistant lead carpenter on site. Ample knowledge of framing (both laying out and installation), windows/doors, exterior trim, siding assemblies is a must. We have consistent work year round and always have a full schedule. There’s almost always availability for overtime. The company is fully outfitted with all the necessary equipment including power tools,staging and a lull. We have been in business since 1984 and have a reputation for quality. 



Qualifications 


*Must have basic hand tools,toolbelt, license, reliable transportation


*Ability to perform tasks without constant supervision 


*Problem solving skills


*Maintain quality and cleanliness at all times 


*Can read blueprints and other technical documents 


*Knowledge of building framing code


*Must be able to lift materials, work on staging and be comfortable working on roofs


*Help lead by example, teach others, and support team members 




Experience leading others in carpentry field a plus! 


Must be able to work 40 hours a week M-F 7-3:30
