With a focus on delivering exceptional event experiences, we specialize in creating unforgettable moments for our clients. If you have at least one year of experience and a knack for working with your hands, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Stagehand, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Unloading trucks and moving gear to set-up locations based on client instructions.
  • Handling cases of equipment, such as lighting, sound, band gear, and scenery.
  • Setting up gear, including lighting systems, audio and video equipment, staging, and scenery.
  • Running, coiling, and taping power and control cables.
  • Assembling and installing scenery and design elements.
  • Constructing screens, scaffolding, stages, trusses, and ground support systems.
  • Hanging soft goods for events.
  • Striking equipment after events, packing cases, and loading trucks.
  • Assisting as crew during events with tasks like operating spotlights, supporting the sound crew, moving backline and scenery, and other related duties.
  • Performing additional duties as required to ensure event success.
