Pay Range: $38.77hr - $41.77hr
- The Support Engineer will work with post-production engineering teams to stage and test user account migrations into new Active Directory structures.
- The role includes validating access to media applications and infrastructure after UPN changes, OU restructuring, and MFA updates.
- After migrations, the Support Engineer will provide hypercare support to a large user base requiring access to post-production applications and systems.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and lead meetings with engineering teams in post-production and identity management.
- Stage and test user account migrations.
- Perform Active Directory administration and support.
- Provide MFA platform administration and support.
- Author knowledge base articles in company CRM systems.
- Triage user access requests and incidents.
- Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up receive appropriate attention.
Requirement/Must Have:- Proficiency in Active Directory, MFA administration, and Windows administration.
- PowerShell scripting experience, including task automation.
- Experience managing incidents through CRM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Active Directory, MFA, and Windows administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM platforms.
Should Have:- Experience with post-production applications or systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise domain migrations or consolidations.
- Experience with Active Directory and MFA administration within the entertainment industry.
Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
