Reference 2026-2119 Description du poste Famille de metiers Production Intitule du poste Stage Assistant Responsable Travaux Industriels H/F Description de la mission Contribuez a l'amelioration de nos methodes de construction navale Au sein de l'equipe en charge des travaux de tuyauterie dans les zones d'amenagement des navires, vous participerez a un projet d'amelioration continue visant a optimiser les methodes de travail sur plusieurs navires en construction.

Vous evoluerez dans un environnement melant 70 % de travail en bureau et 30 % sur le terrain, au plus pres des equipes de production, afin de tester et deployer des solutions concretes. Vos missions Au cours de ce stage, vous serez amene(e) a : Participer a la conception et a la mise en uvre d'actions d'amelioration des methodes de travail. Animer des reunions avec les differents metiers afin de construire des solutions adaptees aux besoins de chacun.

Coordonner les echanges entre les differents acteurs du projet pour faciliter le deploiement des actions. Tester les nouvelles pratiques directement a bord d'un navire en construction. Realiser des observations sur le terrain afin d'evaluer l'application et l'efficacite des solutions mises en place.

Recueillir les retours des equipes terrain, analyser les difficultes rencontrees et proposer des ajustements. Participer a la formalisation des bonnes pratiques pour les deployer sur d'autres navires. Construire des indicateurs de suivi et assurer le reporting de l'avancement des actions.

Ce que cette experience vous apportera : Une premiere experience en gestion de projet industriel et en amelioration continue dans un environnement de production complexe. Le developpement de vos competences en animation de groupes de travail et en coordination d'equipes aux metiers varies. Une meilleure comprehension des etapes de construction d'un navire et du fonctionnement d'un grand site industriel.

Le renforcement de votre capacite d'analyse, d'organisation et de communication. Stage de 6 mois, a pourvoir des que possible. Profil Ce stage s'adresse a un(e) etudiant(e) en ecole d'ingenieur niveau bac+4 ou bac+5.

Vous possedez un niveau d'anglais technique B1, vous permettant de comprendre une documentation technique et d'echanger ponctuellement dans un contexte professionnel. Vous appreciez le travail de terrain et souhaitez decouvrir un environnement industriel exigeant. Curieux(se), autonome et organise(e), vous aimez analyser des situations, proposer des ameliorations et travailler en equipe avec des interlocuteurs aux metiers differents.

Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de federer les acteurs autour d'un projet commun. Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint. Une premiere connaissance des demarches d'amelioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA ou resolution de problemes) constituera un atout.
