About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff accountability, customer experience, and overall store performance for our retail locations.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail environment while helping lead and motivate a team.


Compensation
  • Hourly pay structure with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Estimated total earnings may range between $15.00 – $16.50/hour including potential bonuses

Bonuses, incentives, and additional compensation are discretionary, performance-based, and not guaranteed. Actual earnings may vary depending on attendance, performance, store results, scheduling, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure stores open and operate on time daily
  • Supervise employees and help maintain accountability
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional store presentation
  • Train employees on customer service and sales expectations
  • Support inventory management and daily operations
  • Ensure all transactions are processed properly through POS systems
  • Help improve customer experience and overall sales performance
