Northrop Grumman's Space Sector invites you to bring your pioneering spirit to our collaborative teams. As a Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2, located in Huntsville, AL, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Our Program Cost Control Analyst will help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist with financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting and variance analysis. You will also work to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation for expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. This position will support intercompany programs and the site General Manager.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Your Role and Impact: Prepare and present Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements on a quarterly basis Estimate monthly sales and operating margin by analyzing direct labor hours, raw material dollars, and other direct costs Manage the day-to-day program control task Work with the program team and support required program meetings Maintain project detail with Deltek Cobra/ SAP S4 Support customer required reporting Forecast and analyze manpower needs based on current and proposed program budgets Other duties as assigned If this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
