Rare Earth Salts is an innovative company that has worked diligently over the last decade to produce a
rare earth separations process that offers numerous competitive advantages to traditional solvent

concentrates and environmentally friendly. We serve customers across aerospace, defense, and power
generation industries in an increasingly constrained global supply chain. As we expand our facility and
ramp up capacity, we are hiring engineers to help solve complex challenges, take ownership of impactful
work, and turn the impossible into reality.
Job Description Summary
We are hiring engineers to own various elements of the facility expansion project from design to
implementation – such as waste management, acid regeneration and rare earth separations. Once
implemented, engineers will own the commissioning and optimization of their responsible elements.
Engineers will work with a cross-functional team, including mechanical engineers, chemists, quality and
production staff.


Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

❖ Support design and implementation of elements of the facility expansion project.
❖ Own commissioning and optimization of responsible elements.
❖ Aid in troubleshooting equipment and chemical processes.
❖ Perform duties in a manner that assures safety and quality of operations.
❖ Work with a team to fulfill expansion project obligations.

Required Qualifications:

❖ Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
❖ At least 5 years in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
❖ Experience with engineering software programs.

Eligibility Requirements:

❖ Must live in Beatrice, NE or close surrounding communities.
❖ Must hold U.S. citizenship.

Desired Characteristics:

❖ Experience in chemical separations and refinement processes.
❖ Experience with manufacturing processes and waste management.
❖ Ability to adapt with changing processes.
❖ Strong self-management skills and autonomy
❖ The ability to design a system and see it through to production.

Compensation and Benefits

❖ Base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 USD annually. The specific pay
offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience,
education, and skill set.
❖ Paid Holidays
