Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor- Chase Center San Francisco (1490782)
 
Job Description:
Lead the charge in protecting guest health and elevating food safety standards at one of the premier sports and entertainment venues in the country. The Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor will oversee food safety and sanitation programs across all culinary operations at Chase Center. This role will implement compliance standards, conduct inspections, support training initiatives, and ensure all food operations meet regulatory and company food safety requirements while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent accredited food safety certification
  • 3+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or sanitation leadership within hospitality or foodservice
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and local/state health regulations
  • Experience conducting food safety audits and inspections
  • Proficiency with food safety documentation and reporting systems
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement food safety and sanitation programs across all foodservice locations within the venue
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health department regulations and company standards
  • Maintain HACCP plans, food safety documentation, and corrective action records
  • Train culinary and operations staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Partner with culinary leadership to improve food safety processes and risk mitigation
  • Lead responses to health inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Monitor food storage, temperature control, allergen protocols, and sanitation procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety performance
