The Sr. Vice President, Ticketing& Venue Experience will serve as the executive leader responsible for building and scaling TMRW Sportsโ€™ ticketing and fan revenue function across all TMRW Sports properties, including TGL, WTGL, Flag Football, and future business ventures. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this individual will focus on attendance growth, premium and membership strategy, pricing and inventory management, CRM, retention, and the end-to-end fan revenue experience.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Sr. Vice President will shape the long-term vision for local fan acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth across the TMRW Sports ecosystem. This leader will oversee ticketing strategy, premium hospitality, memberships, customer lifecycle initiatives, and fan marketing efforts while building scalable systems, processes, and capabilities that support the organization's continued growth. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Venue Operations, Finance, and league leadership, the Sr. Vice President will help define the commercial future of TMRW Sports by creating innovative, data-driven strategies that drive revenue, strengthen fan loyalty, and accelerate business performance.

Responsibilities Ticketing Leadership & Fan Revenue Strategy
  • Serve as the executive leader responsible for enterprise ticketing, attendance, premium hospitality, memberships, and local fan engagement strategy across all TMRW Sports properties
  • Establish the long-term vision, organizational structure, team capabilities, and growth strategy needed to scale TMRW Sportsโ€™ ticketing and fan revenue function across current and future properties.
  • Advise executive leadership on ticketing demand, attendance potential, fan revenue assumptions, and stadium considerations that inform future growth decisions
  • Establish scalable commercial infrastructure, operating standards, and best practices that can be leveraged across current and future TMRW Sports properties
Ticketing Strategy, Attendance & Fan Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute the overarching ticketing, pricing, inventory management, premium hospitality, membership, and fan revenue strategy across all TMRW Sports properties
  • Lead long-range revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives to maximize attendance, revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Evaluate market feasibility for potential stadium builds, including demand, attendance potential, pricing assumptions, inventory strategy, and long-term revenue opportunity
  • Oversee enterprise ticket sales, service, retention, renewal, and membership strategies to drive sustainable fan and revenue growth
  • Identify and launch ticketing-adjacent fan revenue opportunities, including memberships, premium products, hospitality offerings, and other fan monetization opportunities
  • Support short and mid-term management of local stadium revenue streams, including food and beverage, merchandise, parking, and other on-site commercial opportunities
  • Establish sales, retention, and revenue performance objectives while driving accountability across the organization
Customer Lifecycle, Ticketing Operations & Technology
  • Develop and oversee enterprise customer lifecycle strategies spanning fan acquisition, lead generation, conversion, retention, renewal, and loyalty
  • Lead ticketing operations strategy, including inventory management, reporting, ticketing platform optimization, and operational best practices
  • Oversee ticketing technology, CRM strategy, systems integration, reporting, and data capabilities to support fan growth and revenue objectives
  • Work closely with Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to strengthen revenue projections, lead management, CRM strategy, consumer insights, behavioral data, market trends, and data-driven decisions that support attendance, retention, fan engagement, and fan revenue performance
Cross-Functional Leadership & Partnership
  • Partner with Marketing on fan acquisition, retention, and demand generation strategies that drive attendance, engagement, and long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to integrate sponsorship, hospitality, and experiential opportunities into the fan journey
  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and business leaders on forecasting, pricing strategy, consumer insights, and fan revenue optimization initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on attendance trends, fan behavior, market opportunities, and fan revenue performance
Fan Experience & Hospitality Strategy
  • Partner with league, operations, and marketing leaders to shape the live fan experience across TMRW Sports properties, with a focus on attendance, premium hospitality, retention, loyalty, and a differentiated event experience
  • Lead the strategy for premium hospitality, memberships, community engagement, and other initiatives that drive attendance, retention, and loyalty
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and continuously enhance the end-to-end fan journey before, during, and after league events
  • Leverage fan insights, customer feedback, and attendance trends to inform fan experience strategy and long-term business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in ticketing, revenue generation, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue management, or a related industry
  • Executive leadership experience overseeing enterprise ticketing, premium hospitality, and fan revenue functions across multiple properties, venues, events, leagues, or business units
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and leading high-performing revenue organizations within high-growth or evolving environments
  • Proven success developing and executing ticketing, pricing, inventory management, market feasibility, premium hospitality, customer lifecycle, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Strong understanding of ticketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics, revenue management, and fan/customer engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to leverage consumer insights, market trends, and data to drive attendance growth, fan engagement, customer loyalty, and overall business performance
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise revenue growth initiatives
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, ownership groups, boards, or investors and influencing strategic business decisions
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading senior leaders and developing organizational capabilities
  • Passion for creating innovative live event experiences that drive attendance, engagement, loyalty, and profitability
Preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, leagues, properties, or business units within a complex or matrixed organization
  • Experience launching, scaling, or growing emerging sports, entertainment, or consumer brands in a high-growth environment
  • Experience serving as the senior commercial, ticketing, or fan revenue leader for a league, team portfolio, venue operator, or major live entertainment organization
  • Experience leading large-scale premium hospitality, membership, or customer loyalty businesses.
