Job description

Program Purpose
The Stadium Operations Internship provides hands-on experience in managing the daily and weekly
stadium needs of a competitive soccer club. Interns support the team by helping the stadium manager get the stadium ready during the week and on game days for events and USL Championship matches. The goal is to develop
future professionals who can transition into roles within USL, MLS, or other professional soccer
organizations.
Role of the Intern
Daily Responsibilities:
-Assisting in stadium clean up
-Assisting in stadium set up per stadium directors plans
-Assist in stocking bars and merch store
-Assist stadium director in keeping inventory (Beverages, merch, maintenance/cleaning supplies)
-Other duties as assigned
Game Day Responsibilities:
-Following procedures set out by the stadium director to ensure the stadium is ready for each match & special events.
-Stock bars as neccessary during games
-Assist stadium director in answering fan questions and concerns
-Other duties as assigned
Overall Contribution:
Interns play a key role in ensuring all stadium operations function at a high level, reinforcing smooth workflow, team professionalism, and morale.
