Job Summary
Position Summary: Oversees operations, ensuring efficient service, team coordination, and a high-quality guest experience. They combine strong leadership, inventory management skills, and event supervision expertise to execute successful events.
Position Description:
• Monitor, track, and manage inventory for beverages and supplies, ensuring availability for events while minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of products in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide clear instructions and delegate tasks effectively.
• Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to align the team to meet event/guest expectations.
• Lead and support a team of servers, bartenders, runners, and attendants to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee event preparation, ensuring all areas are set up to premium standards, including food and beverage stations and dining spaces.
• Act as main point of contact during events, coordinating between staff, kitchen, and management to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Supervise post-event duties, including cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and resetting for the next event.
• Provide detailed event reports, including inventory usage, staff performance, and overall performance.
• Always present a polished and professional appearance to maintain premium standards.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with poise and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Escalate to management as needed.
• Uphold commitment to exceptional service by ensuring every guest feels valued and accommodated.
