This includes tasks like cleaning seating areas, maintaining restrooms, inspecting structural elements, servicing lighting and HVAC systems, and preparing the venue for events. Stadium maintenance staff may also handle emergency repairs, manage landscaping, and coordinate with vendors for specialized services. Their work is essential for providing a safe and enjoyable experience for fans, athletes, and staff.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a stadium maintenance worker, and why are they important?
