Game Day Crew Member - Seasonal - Mercedes-Benz Stadium
We're hiring Seasonal Stadium Team Members to support the upcoming soccer and FIFA season at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and speed matter.
Important: This is a seasonal position, but top performers can be considered for full-time opportunities at our downtown location based on attendance, performance, and attitude.
Responsibilities
• Provide fast, friendly service to thousands of guests during events
• Take orders accurately and handle cashless POS transactions
• Prepare and serve menu items safely and consistently
• Stock, clean, and reset your station during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies
• Support the team wherever needed (line, expo, runner, prep, closing)
Qualifications
• Reliable and on time, attendance is non-negotiable for event work
• Comfortable working in a loud, crowded, high-volume setting
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to ~25 lbs
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays (event-based schedule)
