Job description

The Chargers Impact Fund is seeking dependable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our 50/50 Raffle Sales Team for the 2026 NFL season. Multiple positions are available.
As a Gameday Seller, you will engage with fans throughout the stadium to promote and sell raffle tickets, helping drive fundraising efforts while enhancing the game day atmosphere.
This is a seasonal position running through the end of the regular season, with the potential for postseason opportunities.
  • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
  • Schedule: 2026 Chargers Game days only (including preseason and playoffs, if applicable)
  • Shift Length: Approximately 7 hours per game
  • Reporting To: Manager, Chargers Impact Fund

Schedules will be assigned at the sole discretion the Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund and will be based on availability and performance. This is an at-will position with no guaranteed minimum hours.
Role includes performance-based incentives tied to individual and/or team sales targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Approach fans before and during the game to promote the 50/50 Raffle Program.
2. Clearly explain raffle details, rules, and Impact Fund initiatives.
3. Must be able to accurately handle the sale and distribution of tickets and credit card transactions using handheld sales devices and follow all program requirements.
4. Work to meet and/or exceed individual and team designated sales goals per game.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or credit card processing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable use of handheld technology and point-of-sale devices.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging in large crowds.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Availability Requirements:
• Must be available for all Chargers home games during the 2026 season
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable navigating stairs and large stadium environments
• Reliable transportation to SoFi Stadium (Inglewood, CA)
