Job Purpose:
- The Notcher Stacker at The Beasley Group plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and accurate stacking of cutstock materials. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of production and ensuring that quality standards are met consistently. The Notcher Stacker is responsible for operating machinery and handling materials in a safe and effective manner to support the company's production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor notching and stacking machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Inspect cutstock materials for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed.
- Stack and organize materials according to specified guidelines and production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and address any production challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and any equipment issues for reporting purposes.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures as needed.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with notching and stacking processes in a production setting.
- Experience working with machinery and equipment used in cutstock operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to operate and maintain notching and stacking machinery safely and efficiently.
