Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL
  • Build and manage internal tooling with the support team
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools for efficiency and scalability
  • Provide cross-functional technical guidance and support internally and externally with customers
  • Assist customers on technical calls as needed
  • Contribute to a rapid-delivery team handling second-line support, self-serve iteration, and small feature delivery
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Node.js, and SQL
  • Experience building integrations with external systems
  • Proficiency implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of SCIM, SAML 2.0, and Single Sign-On protocols
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot SSO and SCIM integrations
  • Proven track record writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop scalable features in high-availability environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Grafana and other monitoring tools is nice to have
  • Prior experience with Scala and Java is a plus
