  • The team member is responsible to monitor all automated assembly equipment
  • In the event of a machine stoppage the team member must be able to read and interpret the error codes displayed and clear any machine faults
  • The team member is required to keep all material bins full of work in process components
  • The team member is required to make, remove, tape and label all boxes in the assembly process
  • The team member will stack all boxes on pallets in accordance with the finished goods stacking procedure
  • The team member will remove and stage all full pallets outside the assembly room area
  • The team member will be required to maintain the assembly room area in sparkling condition. This will require the team member to sweep, wipe down all machines and clean all windows
  • The team member will be required to operate pallet jacks, both manual and electric
  • The team member will be required to wear a uniform and safety shoes provided by the company
  • The team member must be able to perform repetitive functions and must be able to lift at least 30 pounds on a frequent basis
  • This list is not all encompassing and there may be other assignments given by the Supervisor from time to time
  • Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes.
