We are looking for an outgoing individual that is highly organized,ย ready and willing to learn and grow with our family. We are located right next to North Western Unviersity and the CTA Purple Line. We have a very young and caring team that needs guidance and someone that is willing to think outside of the box. The right person needs to relate and connect with a young team of college and high school students. We have a very fun relaxed approach to our working environment. Social media and networking skills are imperative to the success of the business and the right candiate. Looking for an independent thinker and strong personal motivation and leadership skills. Will train the right canidate with a can do attitutitde. We are looking for some to take ownership of the business through actions and clear, calmย communication.

We are a small privatley owned bussiness with two locations and looking to expand with long term growth potential.

Working Youย will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise andย coordinate all culinary, dining room, carryout, and carryoutย activities
  • Train and supervise FOH and BOH staff.
  • Works closely with the Chef and Owner to develop new bussiness and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and foodย preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Place and develop order guides for kitchen and front of house service
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs and labor budget forcasting
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
