Job Description
As a Media Buying Manager, you are accountable for all North American display & programmatic activity across all regulated markets, with the aim of driving continual conversion growth across programmatic environments, with an in-depth understanding of incrementality and how to leverage each channel to achieve goals
The salary range for this role $85,000 to $120,000 annually.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with key programmatic platforms including but not limited to: StackAdapt, Campaign Manager, DV360, Teads, The Trade Desk.
  • Extensive demonstrable programmatic experience, preferably within highly regulated markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business results through optimizations across a full suite of programmatic channels and platforms.
  • Strong experience in data analysis with experience in using reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Appsflyer.
  • Strong level of experience of analyzing numerical data, statistics, and presenting/visualizing the data to the Business through Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio.
  • Good understanding of other digital channels, how they work alongside programmatic and optimize together.
  • Strong understanding of customer Lifetime Value (LTV) concepts and how to use LTV reporting metrics to inform campaign optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of incrementality and experience in building omnichannel strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors and agencies with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Leading all North American programmatic display, audio and video activations across all regulated markets for both sports and casino products.
  • Working closely with Brand team's and their agencies to ensure full-funnel alignment with the holistic media plan.
  • Implementing and developing programmatic strategies, facilitating best in-class campaign delivery across relevant platforms and channels.
  • Leveraging seasonality to effectively plan & deliver business KPIs, ensuring campaign and team readiness across all relevant programmatic channels.
  • Working with brand, CRM and other digital teams as part of a coordinated, localized approach to marketing activations
  • Analyzing data and results to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Project managing key programmatic projects and updating senior management on the progression/results.
  • Working with external partners, agencies and vendors, to deliver efficient activity that is incremental to broader digital activations.
  • Running ad-hoc analysis to resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Working within departmental KPIs to deliver profitable customers against assigned sources of truth.
  • Working with internal compliance and creative teams to deliver high quality, compliant assets that support the implementation of programmatic activity.
