Role: Lead Full stack Developer
Location: Miramar, FL
Long Term Contract
Must Have Skills
  • Strong experience with Next.js, React, and Java
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL) and MongoDB
  • Experience in fullstack application development
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with API development and system integrations
  • Knowledge of application performance, scalability, and security
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing and code reviews
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor developers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable fullstack applications
  • Build and maintain applications using Next.js, React, Java, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security
  • Review code and maintain high engineering standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
