Job description

What This Role Does
  • Own game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization
  • Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership
  • Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
  • Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - and act on them
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions
  • Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment

What We're Looking For
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Comfort working with incomplete or evolving data
  • Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement

Nice to Have
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
  • Familiarity with gaming or online player data (slots a plus)
  • Experience with Snowflake and modern data stacks
  • Master's degree for senior-level candidates

Why This Role Is Different
This is not a back-office analytics role. Success requires speed, curiosity, and judgment - someone who can spot patterns fast, ask the right questions, and influence outcomes in real time.
