  • Physical ability to perform required tasks, such as standing for your entire shift

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MACHINE OPERATOR - PRODUCTION TECH

You can choose one of these schedules:

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM with occasional Saturday overtime

From setting up and calibrating the production machines to safely and accurately operating equipment, you are vital to our manufacturing process! When you join us, you work with a more experienced team member to feed the machine and stack off the back of it. You listen to their guidance and advice to learn the ropes of the trade. Attentively, you correctly stack materials and check products as they're completed to make sure they come out exactly right. You keep your work area clean and organized and jump in to help out your team wherever you're needed.
