The position focuses on shapinglong-termstrategy, exploring emerging opportunities across Web3 and digitalassets, and advancing innovation that fuels the future ofCommercial & Money Movementsolutions. As part of a highimpact teamoperatingat the intersection ofnewtechnologyand legacy operations, this role helps define how stablecoinscan transform customer experienceswithmoving money andunlocknew value for clients and partners.
Opportunity Assessment
Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.
Identifyand lead discovery initiatives focused onfuture lookingopportunities across CMS.Shape initiatives arounduse casesidentifiedthrough independent researchand relationships withcustomers, sales, and industry partners.
Produce executive-friendlysummarize with recommendations on how to addressnew opportunities, including perspectives onoverallmarketopportunities, commercial models,revenue sizing,technicalflowsand feasibilityagainst a build/partner framework.
Proof of Concepts
Design proofs-of-concepts including success criteria and delivery plan.
Take aniterative, customer-centricapproach with customers and partners, such as by launching a formal co-design workstream.
Guideearlystageproduct experimentation, from ideation through validation.
Where needed,identifyand formpartnerships to generate insights,validateconcepts, and run test commercials.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $146,200 to $233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
