St. Raphael's Home Care is a nurse-owned, rapidly growing home care company based out of North Branch, MN. We are looking to add a Per Diem RN to our ever growing team. area. What you will be responsible for:

Assessing Veterans.
Scheduling visits with clients and maintaining schedule.
Completing in home skilled nursing services 
Ensure all proper charting is completed in a timely and thorough manner.

Mileage over 30 miles one way reimbursed .
